Monday – Friday: 0600hrs – 1900hrs
Saturday: 0800 – 1400hrs

914th UTA:
Saturday: 0600hrs – 1900hrs
Sunday: 0600hrs – 1600hrs
107th UTA:
Saturday: 0600hrs – 1600hrs
Sunday : 0600hrs – 1600hrs

**Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES in the Fitness Center. This is in accordance with direction provided by the Secretary of Defense. Patrons not following these guidelines will lose Fitness Center privileges. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.**

Meet Our Exercise Physiologist

Paul D. Hackett, MS RCEP is here to help you reach your fitness goals.  He is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist at the Fitness Center and can help with lifestyle change, modifying exercise routines to adapt to injuries, and nutrition.  Stop by the Fitness Center

Fail your PT Test? Here’s what to do.

The Niagara Air Reserve Station’s Fitness Center has a full court basketball court, one racquetball court, steam room, softball field, and two tennis courts. Our trained staff is always available to answer your questions and assist you with any equipment training.

Weekly Fitness Classes (no classes currently scheduled)

These classes are appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Classes are a combination of Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Cardiovascular Endurance. Open to all eligible users.
