Lodging-guestsOur two new lodging buildings at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station has 202 rooms. “Space A” travelers may reserve rooms on a space available basis. All rooms include television, DVD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, microwave, safe and wireless connectivity.

Check in is at the Main Lodging Building 300.  You can purchase souvenirs, sundries, and even sign out movies and Xbox gaming systems.  There’s a workout room at Building 500.

Sponsoring Guests

Who can sponsor a guest?
Anyone possessing the following credentials may be a sponsor/escort:

  1. A person in possession of a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC).
  2. A person in possession of a DD Form 1173 which is a Dependent Identification Privilege Card.
  3. A person in possession of a DD Form 2 Retired Military Identification.

Sponsors must meet their guests at the Security Forces Visitor Center during the hours of 0730-1600, Monday through Friday. After hours and on weekends/holidays, sponsors must meet their guests at the Lockport Road Main Gate.  Sponsors will be responsible for their guests during their entire stay on NFARS.

    1. Yes, we do have Chief Suites available. You can make reservations up to 90 days in advance – but be aware the suites are not guaranteed and are assigned upon arrival.

    1. Hi Tom, yes we have handicapped accessible rooms. Some have roll-showers and some have bench seat style showers. The building is two story with an elevator. – Kelly

  2. I would like to know if there is any accommidations available for August 29,2015 Just one night for 2 adults,

  3. Is there transportation available from the airport to the lodging facilities? Is there a car rental location on the base?

  4. We(family)will be in the Niagara Falls August 4th thru 7th. We have a 2 year old baby. Can we still utilize a standard room for $60 a night. Or do we need to be placed in TLF . Thank you.

  5. Traveling to Niagara Falls around 28 August -31 August. Retired GS14, have relatives traveling with me (wife, niece nephew, sister in-law) will need a couple of rooms. Is this permissible?

  6. We have a ten pound dog for the emotional support of my retired husband,are these types of dogs accepted?

  8. We are planning on going to the casino while we are in niagara. How far are you from it?

    1. Hello,
      The Seneca Niagara Casino is about a 15-20 minute drive. There are also a couple of casinos on the Canadian side – about a 25 min drive or so depending on bridge traffic.
